Role Description

This is a full-time telecall role at 360 Business Solutions, located in the kochi. This is a work-from-home opening. As a telecaller, you will be responsible for contacting potential clients, building rapport, explaining our services, related to UAE banking services and following up on leads. You will also provide exceptional customer service and maintain accurate records of client interactions and transactions.

Qualifications

• Excellent verbal communication and interpersonal skills
• Experience in client accusations
• Ability to handle rejection and maintain a positive attitude
• Proficiency in using telecommunication tools and CRM software
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
• Basic computer skills and familiarity with MS Office
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Previous experience in the business solutions or services industry is a plus
• Bachelor's degree with exelent communication skill.
