Job Summary
We are seeking a detail-oriented Business Communication Specialist to serve as a communication bridge between clients and our technical team. This role exists to ensure that client requirements are translated into clear, structured, and actionable documents that guide project execution effectively. The position is critical to maintaining accuracy, confidentiality, and smooth communication flow within the organization.

Key Responsibilities

  • Act as a communication bridge between clients and the technical team by drafting clear and structured documents.
  • Capture and document conversations, requirements, and specifications in an organized format.
  • Ensure documents are precise, unambiguous, and easily understandable by both clients and internal teams.
  • Draft documents within the set timeframe after discussions (3–4 hours).
  • Maintain strict confidentiality while handling sensitive business information.
  • Create documentation in a format that ensures completeness and clarity before sharing with the technical team.

  • Ability to structure and present complex requirements in a simple, user-friendly manner.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in English, Communications, Business Administration, or a related field (preferred).
  • Freshers with strong written communication skills are also encouraged to apply.
