We are seeking a highly detail-oriented and articulate professional to join our team as a Quality Analyst cum Business Communication Specialist. The role is a hybrid of ensuring process excellence through quality monitoring and driving effective business communication across stakeholders. This position requires strong analytical skills, excellent communication abilities, and a proactive approach to improving both operational performance and engagement.

Key Responsibilities:

Quality Analyst Responsibilities:

  • Monitor and evaluate process deliverables for accuracy, compliance, and quality standards.
  • Perform audits and prepare quality reports with actionable insights.
  • Identify gaps, recurring issues, and recommend process improvements.
  • Track key quality metrics and ensure alignment with SLAs and organizational standards.
  • Partner with operations teams to implement corrective and preventive actions.
  • Conduct regular training and feedback sessions to drive quality awareness.

Business Communication Responsibilities:

  • Draft, edit, and proofread business communications, newsletters, reports, and presentations.
  • Ensure consistent messaging, tone, and style across internal and external communication.
  • Support leadership in preparing impactful communication for business reviews, stakeholder updates, and organizational announcements.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather information and transform it into clear, concise, and engaging content.
  • Maintain and update communication materials, templates, and repositories.
  • Contribute to employee engagement through structured, transparent communication.

Required Skills & Competencies:

  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication abilities.
  • Proficiency in MS Office Suite (Excel, PowerPoint, Word).
  • Familiarity with quality management tools, reporting dashboards, and audit frameworks.
  • Ability to translate data insights into business-friendly narratives.
  • Detail-oriented, organized, and able to manage multiple priorities.
  • Collaborative mindset with stakeholder management skills.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelors degree in Business Administration, Communications, Quality Management, or related field.
  • 5–7 years of experience in a quality analyst, communication specialist, or hybrid role.
  • Experience in IT/ITES, BPO, or service industry preferred.
