Role Description

We are looking for a motivated Business Central Support Consultant with 2–3 years of experience in providing functional and technical support for Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central. The ideal candidate will be responsible for handling day-to-day support queries, troubleshooting system issues, assisting users, and ensuring smooth business operations for our clients.

Skills and Qualification

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Accounting, or a related field.
• 2–3 years of hands-on experience in Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central (or NAV).
• Strong knowledge of finance, trade & logistics, and inventory modules in Business Central.
• Good understanding of SQL queries and reporting (preferred).
• Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills to work effectively with users and teams.
• Ability to prioritize, manage multiple tasks, and meet deadlines.
• Prior experience working with global clients or support teams.
