Business Branch Manager

As a Business Branch Manager at Arka Fincap Limited, your primary role will be to oversee the P&L responsibility of the branch. You will be responsible for building a sales distribution channel to ensure disbursement targets are met. Additionally, you will be in charge of cross-selling to existing clients, managing sales of UCV, and sourcing new business through various channels. Your role will also involve guiding clients to obtain loans, meeting targets, ensuring budgetary expectations are fulfilled, exploring new productivity areas, and preparing and maintaining MIS reports. Key Responsibilities: - P&L responsibility of the branch - Building sales distribution channel to ensure disbursement targets - Cross-selling to existing clients - Managing sales of UCV - Sourcing of New Business from Walk-in Customers and through Cold calling, open Market, Connectors & Cross Sell - Guiding the Clients to obtain Loans - Ensuring the fulfillment of budgetary expectations of the organization - Exploring new areas and ways to achieve productivity - Preparing and maintaining MIS reports Qualifications Required: - Candidate should work in the same Cluster Location and should have handled at least 3 branches in the same area - Must have healthy writing and Good Communication skills - Minimum Job stability of 2 years in the current organization - Must have team-building ability and be open to travel to all branches - Minimum qualification of Graduate & above - Team handling experience of minimum 5-7 years - Candidate age should be between 25-30 years - Good Communication skills in the local language and basic System Knowledge,
