Business Branch Manager

As a Business Branch Manager at Arka Fincap Limited, your role will involve managing the P&L responsibility of the branch and building a strong network of connectors and direct customers to achieve disbursement targets. You will be responsible for cross-selling to existing clients and managing the sales of UCV products. Your key responsibilities will include sourcing new business through various channels, guiding clients to obtain loans, meeting sales targets, ensuring budgetary expectations are met, exploring new avenues for productivity, and preparing and maintaining MIS reports. To excel in this role, you must have worked in the same cluster location and managed at least 3 branches in the area. Strong communication and writing skills are essential, along with a minimum of 2 years of job stability in your current organization. Additionally, you should possess team-building abilities, be open to traveling to all branches, and have a minimum educational qualification of a graduate degree or above. Requirements for this position include a minimum of 5-7 years of team handling experience, age between 25-30 years, good communication skills in the local language, and basic system knowledge.
