--- Job Title: Business Associate – Insurance Job Summary: We are looking for dynamic and self-driven individuals to join as Business Associates in our insurance team. The role involves promoting insurance products, building client relationships, and driving business growth through effective sales and service. --- Key Responsibilities: Identify potential clients and generate leads for insurance products. Promote and sell life/health/general insurance policies as per company guidelines. Maintain long-term customer relationships by providing excellent after-sales service. Assist clients in understanding policy features, terms, and benefits. Achieve monthly/quarterly sales and business targets. Participate in training programs to stay updated on insurance products and compliance norms. Coordinate with the branch/manager for business support and reporting. --- Skills & Competencies: Strong communication and interpersonal skills. Sales and negotiation abilities. Customer service orientation. Goal-driven and self-motivated. Basic knowledge of insurance products (preferred, training will be provided). --- Eligibility Criteria: Qualification: Minimum 10+2 / Graduation (preferred). Age: 28 years and above. Prior experience in sales/finance/insurance/banking will be an added advantage.
