As a Business Associate at Loan Bazaar in Gurgaon, Haryana, your role will involve developing business opportunities, maintaining client relationships, and supporting overall business growth. You will collaborate with sales and operations teams to ensure seamless service for clients. Key Responsibilities: - Identify and generate new business opportunities through networking, referrals, and market research. - Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with clients and partners. - Promote Loan Bazaar's products and services by understanding customer needs and recommending suitable solutions. - Support clients throughout the loan application process in coordination with loan officers. - Track business leads, maintain accurate records, and prepare periodic reports for management. - Meet and exceed assigned business growth targets and performance metrics. - Stay updated with housing finance market trends, competitor offerings, and regulatory changes. Qualifications: - Experience: 1 year of experience in loan processing and banking. Freshers with strong communication skills and a passion for sales may also apply. - Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication in Hindi & English. - Sales Mindset: Target-driven with strong negotiation and persuasion skills. - Customer Orientation: Ability to build trust and provide customer-focused solutions. - Technical Skills: Proficiency in MS Office and familiarity with CRM software will be an advantage. - Education: Graduate in any discipline, PG in Marketing, Finance, or Business Administration preferred.
