Qualifications required for this role include: - Experience: 1 year of experience in loan processing and banking is required. Experience in sales, business development, or financial services (home loans/real estate/banking preferred) is preferred. Freshers with strong communication skills and passion for sales may also apply. - Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication in Hindi & English. - Sales Mindset: Target-driven with strong negotiation and persuasion skills. - Customer Orientation: Ability to build trust and provide customer-focused solutions. - Technical Skills: Proficiency in MS Office and familiarity with CRM software will be an advantage. - Education: Graduate in any discipline, PG in Marketing, Finance, or Business Administration preferred.
