You will play a crucial role in shaping the future of the organization and driving strategic initiatives. Roles & Responsibilities:- Expected to be an SME- Collaborate and manage the team to perform- Responsible for team decisions- Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions- Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams- Lead cross-functional teams to drive business outcomes- Develop and implement business strategies to achieve organizational goals Professional & Technical Skills: - Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Workday US Payroll, Mandatory workday certification required- Strong understanding of business processes and systems integration- Experience in business analysis and requirements gathering- Ability to translate business requirements into technical solutions- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills Additional Information:- The candidate should have a minimum of 7.5 years of experience in Workday US Payroll- This position is based at our Bengaluru office- A Mandatory workday certification is required Qualification Mandatory workday certification required
