Summary: As a Business Architect, you will identify opportunities to deliver tangible business value by assessing the current state, capturing high-level requirements, and defining business solutions. Your typical day will involve collaborating with various stakeholders to translate business needs into technology-enabled solutions and operating models, while also supporting transformation initiatives through the development of business cases and guiding implementation efforts. Roles & Responsibilities: • Expected to be an SME on SAP Test strategy, Test Automation and relevant testing areas • Provide Solutions to Clients on Various Testing tools/Strategies/automation • Work on Developing SAP Testing assets • Collaborate and manage the team to perform. • Responsible for team decisions. • Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions. • Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams. • Facilitate workshops and meetings to gather requirements and align on project objectives. • Mentor junior team members to enhance their skills and knowledge in business architecture. Professional & Technical Skills: • Must Have Skills: Hands on Experience on TOSCA • Good Experience in Test Management • Must have engaged with Multiple clients for end to end test automation • Engaged in solutioning Multiple RFP's pertaining to SAP testing areas • Managed end to end testing cycles on Test Management tools like HP ALM, SAP CALM, OpenText, JIRA etc, • Defined Test Strategy/Test Plan for SAP Testing Cycles • Strong analytical skills to assess business processes and identify improvement opportunities. • Experience in developing business cases and project proposals. • Ability to communicate complex concepts clearly to diverse audiences. • Familiarity with project management methodologies and frameworks. Additional Information: • The candidate should have minimum 22 years of experience in Test Management tools • Worked on AI Capabilities in Testing. • Has functional or technical knowledge on any one SAP module • This position is based at our Mumbai office. • 15 years full time education is required.
