SummaryThis role combines deep technical expertise in Dynamics 365 CRM with hands-on experience in deploying Gen AI capabilities to enhance customer engagement, automation, and decision-making. You will work closely with the functional architect and business stakeholders to execute process improvements, perform detailed fit-gap analysis, and apply modern automation and AI capabilities to deliver measurable outcomes.
