Business and Operations Executive

Responsibilities: Marketing Duties * Promote Thangam Catering services to potential clients (weddings, events, corporates). * Identify new business opportunities and follow up on leads from inquiries and referrals. * Build and maintain client relationships to generate repeat business. * Assist in creating marketing materials, handling social media updates, and basic digital promotion. * Coordinate with event organizers and vendors for brand visibility. Supervisory Duties * Oversee on-site catering operations during events to ensure smooth execution. * Coordinate between kitchen, service staff, and logistics teams. * Monitor the quality of service, food presentation, and customer satisfaction. * Handle last-minute issues and resolve them professionally. * Ensure timely setup, service, and closing of catering operations. Qualifications: * Freshers with strong interpersonal skills and willingness to learn are welcome. * Prior experience in marketing, hospitality, or event supervision is a plus. * Strong communication and people-handling skills. * Willing to travel locally for event supervision and client meetings. * Basic knowledge of catering/event workflow is an advantage.
