Job Description

As a Business and Marketing Insights Product Manager for South Asia, you will be an integral part of the regional product management team within the Business & Market Insights Product Group. Your primary focus will be on South Asia, where you will take on various key responsibilities. - Own the full P&L for the region, drive product innovation, and develop a tailored product roadmap - Establish local partnerships, oversee product builds, and ensure successful sales through Mastercard's sales teams - Maintain high-quality customer relationships to enhance product success To excel in this position, you should have a proven track record of managing a P&L effectively, be skilled in rigorous analytics, have experience in product development and building intellectual capital, exhibit strong leadership skills, and thrive in a flat hierarchy environment. Your interest in leveraging technology to solve business challenges and experience in financial institutions and retail sectors will be invaluable. Your key accountabilities will include driving top and bottom-line success for the Business & Market Insights Product Group in South Asia. You will be responsible for: - Developing and prioritizing the regional product roadmap - Providing innovative leadership to enhance the product suite - Collaborating with Mastercard leadership to represent the product portfolio effectively Moreover, you will play a crucial role in offering expert sales support, maintaining strong client relationships, and refining delivery models for efficient product delivery. You will focus on maintaining market-leading solutions and fostering relationships across various levels of Mastercard. To thrive in this role, you should bring experience in software and analytic products, expertise in product management and go-to-market strategy, strong problem-solving skills, and project management skills. Your ability to lead teams effectively, collaborate with diverse teams, apply technology to problem-solving, and communicate persuasively will be vital. Furthermore, you must hold a Bachelor's degree, with an advanced degree being preferred. Your commitment to information security, adherence to Mastercard's security policies, and active participation in security training programs are essential components of your corporate security responsibility.
