Business Analytics Manager - Investment

You would be responsible for Data Management, Analytics, MIS & Reports of investment and wealth management products for the bank across channels. Your strategic and managerial responsibilities include ensuring the robustness, accuracy, and sustainability of reports, leading Management & Analytics, and handling Business Enablers initiatives, new products, or campaign management data highlights. Your core responsibilities will involve assembling large, sophisticated data sets, providing internal & external data-driven insights for business, designing & implementing reports & dashboards, automating manual reports, optimizing data delivery for scalability, building data tools for business decision making, and working closely with Operations, Analytics & Channel teams. Additionally, you will manage stakeholders & multiple channel requirements simultaneously, address channel queries, and provide resolutions within specified TATs. You will also identify & extract potential leads, conduct prospecting & conversions, perform data mining & segmentation, and streamline MISs to make them friction-free for RMs. Technical Experience: - Good understanding of banking financial & Investment knowledge & terminologies - Strong analytical skills - Proficiency with MS Word, Excel, Powerpoint, systems Non-technical Experience: - Team player & problem solver - Good interpersonal, collaboration, and written & oral communication skills - Ability to understand internal channels requirements Qualification Required: - Post Graduate Work Experience: - 5 - 10 Years Requirements: - Strong domain knowledge with an understanding of products with data orientation - Collaborative and team management skills - Experience with a bank in the investment domain,
