Business Analytics Manager - Investment

Job Description: As the Investments Specialist in Mumbai, you will be entrusted with the responsibility of managing data, conducting analytics, preparing MIS reports, and overseeing investment and wealth management products for the bank across various channels. Your role will involve ensuring the accuracy, sustainability, and robustness of reports, along with leading management and analytics efforts. Your core responsibilities will include assembling extensive and complex data sets that align with both functional and non-functional business requirements. You will leverage internal and external data insights to drive business decisions and design and implement reports and dashboards. Additionally, you will focus on automating manual reports, optimizing data delivery for scalability, and developing data tools to support business decision-making processes. Collaboration will be key in this role, as you will closely work with Operations, Analytics, and Channel teams to manage business enablers, such as new products or campaign management data highlights. Handling multiple channel requirements simultaneously, you will address queries promptly and provide resolutions within specified Turnaround Times (TATs). Moreover, your responsibilities will extend to identifying and extracting potential leads, conducting prospecting and conversions, data mining, segmentation, and streamlining MIS processes to enhance efficiency for Relationship Managers (RMs). In terms of technical experience, you should possess a strong understanding of banking financial and investment knowledge and terminologies, along with robust analytical skills. Proficiency in MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and various systems is essential for this role. On the non-technical front, you are expected to be a team player, adept problem solver, and possess excellent interpersonal, collaboration, written, and oral communication skills. Your ability to comprehend internal channel requirements will be critical for success in this position. The ideal candidate for this role should hold a Post Graduate degree with 5 to 10 years of work experience. You must have a solid domain knowledge, a data-oriented approach, collaborative skills, and experience in team management. Previous experience in the investment domain within a banking environment is a must for this position.,
