Infobahn Softworld Inc. is looking for Business Analytics to join our dynamic team and embark on a rewarding career journey Data Analysis: Collect, analyze, and interpret large and complex data sets from various sources, including internal databases, market research reports, customer surveys, and other relevant sources
Apply statistical methods and data visualization techniques to identify trends, patterns, and correlations Business Insights: Extract meaningful insights from data analysis and translate them into actionable recommendations for business strategies Present findings to stakeholders in a clear and concise manner, highlighting key insights and potential opportunities for improvement Performance Monitoring: Develop and implement performance metrics, dashboards, and reports to track business performance and identify areas for improvement Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) and provide regular updates to management, highlighting trends, risks, and opportunities Forecasting and Predictive Modeling: Utilize statistical models and forecasting techniques to predict future business outcomes, such as sales, customer behavior, and market trends Develop predictive models to support decision-making processes and optimize resource allocation Data Visualization: Create visually compelling and informative dashboards, charts, and reports to effectively communicate data-driven insights to stakeholders Use data visualization tools (eg, Tableau, Power BI) to present complex information in a user-friendly and intuitive manner Requirements:Bachelor's degree in Business Analytics, Statistics, Mathematics, Economics, or a related field A master's degree is preferred Proven experience in data analysis, business intelligence, or a similar role Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to derive insights from complex data sets Proficiency in statistical analysis tools (eg, R, Python, SAS) and data visualization tools (eg, Tableau, Power BI) Knowledge of SQL and experience working with databases and data querying Familiarity with machine learning techniques and predictive modeling is a plus Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to present complex concepts in a clear and concise manner Strong business acumen and the ability to understand and translate business requirements into analytical solutions Attention to detail and a commitment to data accuracy and integrity
