Key Responsibilities:

• Analyze business, production, security, and system requirements for Triparty Collateral Management applications.
• Write detailed functional specifications and BDD test cases for user stories.
• Perform UAT for all functional topics and ensure high-quality deliverables.
• Collaborate with developers and IT teams to reduce defects in IST/UAT/Production.
• Identify risks, provide mitigation plans, and escalate issues timely.
• Work autonomously while maintaining excellent team spirit and knowledge sharing.
• Act as Scrum Master or Product Owner in Agile practices when needed.
• Develop strategy and communicate ideas via presentations, demos, and documentation.
  

Required Skills & Experience:

• 5 – 7 years as a

  Business Analyst

  in

  Capital Markets

  domain.
• Strong expertise in

  Triparty Collateral Management

  , Clearing, Custody & Settlement.
• Experience in

  Payments

  , functional testing, and test management tools.
• Hands-on

  SQL knowledge

  for data analysis and validation.
• Excellent communicator, proactive, disciplined, detail-oriented, and a team player.
• Exposure to Agile methodology; experience in Scrum Master or Product Owner role is a plus.
