Job Description

Job Summary:

The Business Analyst Business Planning and Pricing plays a critical role in enabling strategic decision-making by providing actionable insights on pricing, discount structures, profitability, and overall business performance. The role requires close collaboration with sales, finance, and product teams to manage and optimize daily operations related to business planning, commercial schemes, and discount execution.

Key Responsibilities:

Pricing analysis and discount execution

Collect price benchmarks and optimize current operational pricing to ensure market competitiveness.
Support pricing governance and ensure compliance with internal pricing policies
Conduct margin and profitability analysis across product lines and customer segment

Business Planning

Assist in annual and quarterly business planning cycles
Develop financial models and scenario analyses to support strategic initiatives
Track performance against budgets and forecasts, highlighting variances and recommending corrective actions

Process , Reports & Insights

Generate dashboards and reports to monitor key business metrics
Design and optimize end-to-end pricing operations, ensuring seamless execution from sales quotation through to final settlement

Stakeholder Collaboration

Work closely with cross-functional teams including Sales, Finance, Product, and Supply Chain to close sales cycle
Work closely with sales team to drive KPI matrices , performance & insights for improvements.
