Role Overview

As a Web3 Business Analyst, you will work closely with product managers, blockchain architects, and developers to gather requirements, design business workflows, and ensure successful delivery of Web3 projects. You will analyze industry trends, assess client needs, and help shape products that leverage blockchain, smart contracts, NFTs, DeFi, DAOs, and the Metaverse.

Key Responsibilities

• Requirements Gathering: Collaborate with clients and stakeholders to elicit, analyze, and document functional and non-functional requirements for Web3 projects.
• Web3 Product Analysis: Evaluate business use cases and map them to blockchain solutions such as NFTs, DeFi, Metaverse, GameFi, and DAOs.
• Workflow & Process Design: Create detailed business workflows, user stories, wireframes, and functional specifications.
• Market & Competitor Research: Analyze emerging trends in blockchain, cryptocurrencies, smart contracts, and tokenomics to recommend innovative solutions.
• Stakeholder Collaboration: Act as a liaison between technical teams and business stakeholders, ensuring project alignment.
• Project Documentation: Maintain clear and comprehensive documentation, including BRDs (Business Requirement Documents), PRDs (Product Requirement Documents), and user guides.
• Quality Assurance Support: Assist QA teams in defining acceptance criteria and validating deliverables against business requirements.
• Tokenomics & Smart Contract Review: Work with blockchain engineers to review token models, governance mechanisms, and smart contract functionality from a business perspective.

Skills & Requirements

• 2–5 years of experience as a Business Analyst, with at least 1+ year in Blockchain/Web3 projects.
• Strong understanding of blockchain fundamentals, consensus mechanisms, and Web3 architecture.
• Knowledge of cryptocurrencies, NFTs, DeFi protocols, DAOs, and tokenomics.
• Proficiency in creating business process flows, user stories, wireframes, and detailed requirement documents.
• Familiarity with tools like Jira, Confluence, Figma, Lucidchart, and Google Workspace.
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to explain complex blockchain concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
• Prior experience working in Agile/Scrum environments.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience with blockchain APIs, wallets, and smart contract interactions.
• Understanding of Solidity, Rust, or other smart contract languages (basic familiarity).
• Knowledge of AI integration within blockchain solutions.
• Certification in Business Analysis or Blockchain Fundamentals.

Pay: ₹600,000.00 - ₹1,000,000.00 per year
