Business Analyst

As a Business Analyst with 1 to 3 years of experience, you will be based in Surat and will be responsible for collaborating with project stakeholders to understand and document business requirements. Your key responsibilities will include performing process analysis and documentation, analyzing and interpreting business needs, and ensuring alignment with project objectives. You will participate in meetings with internal and external stakeholders to gather and communicate project updates. Additionally, you will assist in creating detailed project documentation such as business process models, flowcharts, and functional specifications. Working closely with the development team is crucial to ensure that requirements are correctly understood and implemented. Your role will also involve conducting research and analysis to support business decisions, identifying improvement opportunities, and assisting in project planning, tracking, and reporting project progress for timely delivery. Furthermore, you will be responsible for managing projects and product delivery schedules after discussing with the development team. To excel in this role, you should possess excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, to effectively interact with various stakeholders. Strong project management understanding, ability to interpret data, business process modeling knowledge, analytical thinking, problem-solving skills, and attention to detail are essential.
