Job Description

Requirements Gathering & Analysis Collaborate with stakeholders to understand and document business needs, objectives, and requirements. Develop and maintain detailed business requirement documents (BRDs) and functional specifications. Analyze and prioritize requirements to align with organizational goals. Process Improvement Evaluate existing business processes and identify areas for improvement or optimization. Develop process models, workflows, and recommendations for enhanced efficiency and effectiveness. Data Analysis & Reporting Analyze data to uncover trends, identify risks, and support decision-making. Create and deliver detailed reports and dashboards for stakeholders. Collaboration & Communication Serve as a liaison between business units and IT or development teams to ensure alignment of solutions with business needs. Facilitate meetings, workshops, and presentations to gather input and share insights. Project Support Contribute to project planning, tracking, and reporting to ensure timely delivery. Assist in testing and validation of solutions to ensure they meet requirements and achieve desired outcomes. Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Information Technology, or a related field. 3+ years of experience in a business analyst or similar role. Strong proficiency in business analysis tools (e.g., JIRA, Trello, Visio). Familiarity with data analysis and visualization tools (e.g., Excel, Tableau, Power BI). Excellent problem-solving, critical thinking, and organizational skills. Strong communication and interpersonal skills to effectively collaborate with diverse stakeholders. Knowledge of software development methodologies (e.g., Agile, Scrum, Waterfall) is a plus.
