Job Description

Roles & Responsibilities: - Expected to be an SME, collaborate and manage the team to perform. - Responsible for team decisions. - Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions. - Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams. - Conduct thorough analysis of business processes and systems. - Identify areas for improvement and propose solutions. - Collaborate with stakeholders to gather and document business requirements. - Create and maintain project documentation. - Assist in the development and execution of test plans. - Conduct user acceptance testing and provide feedback. - Support the implementation of new processes and systems. - Provide training and support to end-users. - Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices. - Assist in the evaluation and selection of technology solutions. - Contribute to the continuous improvement of business processes. - Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements. - Communicate effectively with cross-functional teams and stakeholders.
