Role Description

This is a full-time remote role for a Business Analyst. The Business Analyst will be responsible for analyzing data to inform business decisions, gathering and documenting business requirements, and identifying opportunities for process improvement. Day-to-day tasks include collaborating with stakeholders to understand their needs, developing and implementing business process solutions, and supporting project management efforts to ensure successful outcomes.

Qualifications

  • Strong Analytical Skills and Business Analysis experience
  • Effective Communication skills to interact with stakeholders and team members
  • Proficiency in understanding and improving Business Processes
  • Experience in gathering and documenting Business Requirements
  • Problem-solving skills and attention to detail
  • Ability to work independently in a remote setting
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Information Technology, or related field
  • Experience in project management is a plus
