Role Description

This is a full-time remote role for a Business Analyst. The Business Analyst will be responsible for analyzing business processes, gathering and documenting business requirements, and supporting communication between stakeholders. Day-to-day tasks include collaborating with cross-functional teams, identifying areas for improvement, and delivering data-driven insights to inform decision-making.

Qualifications

  • Strong Analytical Skills and Business Analysis experience
  • Proficiency in understanding and mapping Business Processes
  • Ability to gather, document, and assess Business Requirements
  • Effective Communication skills for articulating insights and facilitating stakeholder meetings
  • Problem-solving abilities and attention to detail
  • Experience with software development lifecycle (SDLC) is a plus
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Information Systems, or related field
