Job Overview

The Business Analyst will be primarily responsible for working with the CEO/CFO to create review decks, prepare documents/models to be sent to investors and equip them with business insights. The Business Analyst will work as a SPOC on projects that the CEO/CFO want to prioritize. This is an evolving role and grasp of business and operations will be critical factors for its success.

Key Responsibilities

This is a process and data driven role -

• Work with the CEO/CFO to generate presentations and data sheets for investors
• Create MIS reports for regular reviews
• Help HR in rolling out KPIs/performance metrics aligned to the reviews
• Work as a SPOC in activities related to IT, Marketing, Legal and IPO
• Help submit tenders by completing the documentation needed
• Essentially be the Go-To’ person for the CEO/CFO

Key Skills & Competencies

• Excel and Powerpoint expertise
• Ability to grasp business quickly
• Data driven and good presentation skills
• Ability to liaison with various teams and get work done

Qualifications/Experience:

• MBA or equivalent degree
• 3-4 years of total experience
• Experience of working with investors/VCs will be a distinct advantage
