The ideal candidate will be responsible for understanding business needs, analyzing processes, and providing actionable insights and solutions that will drive business growth and operational efficiency.Key Responsibilities:Collaborate with the Departmental Head (internal teams, management, and external clients) to gather, analyze, and document business requirements.Analyze existing business processes and recommend improvements to increase efficiency, reduce costs, and enhance customer satisfaction.Develop detailed business cases, process flows, and functional specifications.Work closely with the IT team to translate business requirements into technical specifications and system features.Conduct gap analysis to identify opportunities for optimization within current workflows and technology.Create reports, dashboards, and presentations to communicate findings and recommendations to senior management.Ensure that all project deliverables are met on time, within scope, and within budget.Monitor market trends in the travel industry and make recommendations for product or process improvements.Skills & Qualifications:Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Management, Computer Science, or a related field.Minimum 3-4 years of experience as a Business Analyst in the travel industry (or related field).Strong knowledge of business analysis tools, techniques, and methodologies (e.g., SWOT analysis, requirements gathering, process mapping, etc.).Experience with project management, system analysis, and process improvement.Familiarity with travel industry-specific systems, processes, and trends is a plus.Strong analytical skills with the ability to think critically and solve complex problems.Compensation & Benefits:Competitive salary based on experience.How to Apply: Interested candidates can send their updated resumes along with a cover letter to apurba.show@globeindia.in.The subject should be mentioned in the mail - Business Analyst - Travel Industry
