Inbound Tour Executive / Consultant

Job Purpose:

To plan, coordinate, and execute travel arrangements for inbound tourists, ensuring a high level of service quality, customer satisfaction, and efficient operations. This role involves creating customized itineraries, managing bookings, liaising with suppliers, and delivering an exceptional travel experience for international clients visiting the destination country.

Key Responsibilities:

• Design and develop customized tour itineraries based on client requirements.
• Handle inquiries from international travel agents, tour operators, or direct clients.
• Make contracting and reservations for hotels, transport, guides, sightseeing, and other travel services.
• Coordinate and communicate with local suppliers and service providers.
• Connect and appoint bilingual local guides on case – to -case basis.
• Prepare accurate costings and quotations for inbound tour packages.
• Ensure all travel arrangements run smoothly and address any service-related issues promptly.
• Provide detailed pre-arrival information and travel documents to clients.
• Meet and assist clients upon arrival, if required.
• Monitor feedback and handle customer complaints or queries in a professional manner.
• Maintain records of bookings, invoices, and financial transactions.
• Stay updated with destination knowledge, visa regulations, and travel trends.

• Sound knowledge of the Indian tourist destinations and local tourism infrastructure.
• Fluency in English; knowledge of other foreign languages is a plus.

Qualifications & Experience:

• Bachelor’s degree in Tourism, Hospitality, or a related field.
