As a Business Analyst at Technocrats Horizons, your role will involve helping clients understand the company's operations, identifying areas for improvement, and implementing new strategies. Your responsibilities will include: - Understanding & Serving Clients: Actively listening to clients, understanding their needs, and building strong relationships to deliver solutions. - Managing Projects & Sprints: Keeping projects on track by managing timelines, coordinating meetings, and ensuring high-quality results. - Teamwork & Clear Communication: Fostering open communication, collaborating with product owners, and resolving any roadblocks. - Growing Client Accounts: Focus on client satisfaction, offering ongoing support, and exploring opportunities for business expansion. - Improving Processes & Teams: Designing efficient workflows and guiding development teams to enhance their work methods. To excel in this role, you should bring: - Experience as a Business Analyst or in a similar position. - Understanding of software products and related services. - Strong communication skills for clear articulation of ideas. - Proficiency in project management tools. - Expertise in requirement gathering, documentation, and management. - Familiarity with Agile and Scrum methodologies.
