Job Description

Good exposure in GRC tools like OpenPages, MetricStream, or ServiceNow
Strong experience as a Business Analyst in the banking domain
Experience in projects related to Credit Risk, Wealth Management, and Supply Chain domains
Hands-on with Jira, story grooming, requirement gathering, BRD, flow diagrams, process flows, etc.
Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and industry standards
Identify and recommend opportunities for process improvements and efficiencies
Experience spans across requirement elicitation and analysis, requirement management, system analysis, and quality assurance
Worked closely with multiple stakeholders like project sponsor, product owner, developer, QA, and end users
Act as a liaison between business and development to communicate business strategy
Experience in Agile and Waterfall methodology projects
Experience in data validation using SQL and Excel for validating data flow and outputs
Prepare test cases and perform unit/regression testing to meet acceptance criteria
Possess good communication and interpersonal skills, with direct client interaction
Stay updated with industry trends and best practices in business analysis
