Job Description

Job Title: Business Analyst Wealth Management / Investment Services

Location:

Business Analyst

functional implementation of the Temenos Wealth Suite

Key Responsibilities

Perform business analysis and act as the point of contact with vendors, integrators, and business teams
Ensure quality of deliverables through review, validation, and stakeholder alignment
Contribute to defining and implementing the
Target Operating Model (TOM)
Enhance and maintain the product backlog with detailed specifications
Gather and analyze user requirements; perform impact analysis
Produce and review General and Detailed Functional Specifications
Support change management activities
Understand system functionalities and contribute to functional architecture evolution
Prepare and maintain functional and non-functional documentation
Review SIT test cases and support SIT execution
Prepare and support UAT
Assist in incident analysis and production support when needed
Escalate risks and issues to line manager in a timely manner

Required Skills & Competencies

5+ years of experience as a Business Analyst / IT professional
Experience in
IT transformation projects
involving Portfolio Management or Core Banking systems
Strong knowledge of financial products, asset classes, and pricing in Wealth Management
Good understanding of Portfolio Management, Advisory, Risk Modelling, and Order Lifecycle
Strong documentation & presentation skills
Experience working in cross-regional/multicultural teams (Asia + Europe)
Hands-on experience with
JIRA & Confluence
Knowledge of
REST API standards
; API development experience is a plus
Experience in both
Waterfall and Scrum
methodologies
Detail-oriented, proactive, and able to work in fast-paced environments
Strong teamwork, communication, and stakeholder coordination skills

Good to Have (Added Advantage)

Temenos Triple’A knowledge
Wealth Management / Private Banking domain experience
Design Thinking knowledge
Cybersecurity exposure
