Business Analyst - Tax

As a Business Analyst at Regnology, you will be part of a team responsible for researching developments in relevant tax rules and incorporating client feedback to drive the development requirements for our regulatory tax reporting solutions. Your role will involve analyzing regulatory tax reporting regulations and customer requirements, creating business requirement concepts, and collaborating closely with development teams to implement these concepts effectively. Additionally, you will serve as an expert in the purpose and operation of our software, providing training to customers, supporting sales activities, and offering third-level support in software maintenance. Key Responsibilities: - Analyze relevant regulatory tax reporting regulations and customer requirements - Create business requirement concepts and support their implementation in the software - Be an expert in the purpose, operation, and effective use of our software - Support customers by providing training on our software - Provide support for sales activities - Collaborate with internal stakeholders to ensure alignment on market positioning and product vision Qualifications Required: - 3+ years of experience in business analysis/requirement documentation, ideally in regulatory tax reporting - Strong understanding of QI, CESOP, FATCA, and CRS reporting requirements - Good understanding of emerging tax reporting regulations such as CARF, DAC8, 1099-DA, and FASTER - Strong analytical and English communication skills with attention to detail - Knowledge of specifying user stories/epics and software development process - Experience working with financial institutions, regulators, or tax authorities is a plus Regnology is a leading international provider of regulatory tax reporting solutions for financial organizations.
