Job Description

Responsible 1st point of contact for business users/operational users in defined parts of the IT-services in the Service area

Responsible 1st point of contact for external/internal IT-suppliers of the IT-services

Responsible for regular meetings and follow up with business representatives and IT- suppliers regarding:

o status of service delivery for the defined IT-services

o plans for improvements of the defined IT-services

Responsible for analysis of issues and problems in the delivery of the IT-services

Responsible for supporting business representatives to describe and specify requirements, to order backlog/change requests, and to secure plans for delivery of changes

Responsible for monitoring progress, reporting errors to supplier, verifying solutions, and ensuring documentation

Work closely with airline business stakeholders to gather, analyze, and document requirements across key functional areas like Reservations, Ticketing, Cargo, Loyalty, Revenue Management, or Crew Management.

Translate business needs into detailed Business Requirement Documents (BRDs), User Stories, and Functional Specifications.
