Business Analyst

Job Description

We are seeking a proactive and experienced Business Analyst with a strong background in requirements gathering, SDLC methodologies, and stakeholder engagement. The ideal candidate will possess excellent analytical skills and the ability to manage multiple priorities while working closely with technical teams, government departments, and business stakeholders. Key Responsibilities: Elicit, document, and manage business and functional requirements using industry-standard tools and methodologies. Create and maintain key documentation such as: Detailed Project Reports (DPR) Software Requirements Specification (SRS) Functional Requirements Specification (FRS) Product Backlog Requirement Traceability Matrix (RTM) User Manuals Develop and present screen mockups, wireframes, workflows, and use cases to visualize and validate requirements. Collaborate with cross-functional teams including developers, testers, and product owners to ensure smooth execution throughout the SDLC. Facilitate meetings and workshops with internal and external stakeholders. Identify and proactively resolve issues and roadblocks. Support decision-making through comprehensive analysis of complex business and technical workflows. Maintain excellent communication in English and Hindi, both verbal and written. Required Experience: Minimum of 4 years of professional experience as a Business Analyst. Hands-on experience in end-to-end Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC). Familiarity with at least one SDLC methodology (e.g., Agile, Waterfall). Proven expertise in requirements gathering, analysis, and documentation. Experience working with government departments (preferred).
