Job Description

Job Purpose:
Translate business goals into efficient workflows and system architecture, enabling automation and accurate data capture.

Key Responsibilities:

Understand business requirements and design logical workflows.
Create and validate data capture flows.
Coordinate with the Automation team for system builds and testing.
Document systems, prepare user manuals, and train users.
Maintain master documentation for all workflows and systems.

Skills & Competencies:

Analytical and problem-solving skills
Workflow design and automation knowledge
Clear documentation and communication skills
Coordination with cross-functional teams

Qualifications:

Bachelor’s in CS, IT, Engineering, or related field
Experience in system analysis, workflow design, or automation
