Roles & responsibilities:

As a Business Analyst in a Founder's Office you will typically focus on analyzing business operations, identifying areas for improvement, and providing data-driven insights to support decision-making, often reporting directly to the senior leadership and sometime to the other Team members. This role will involve working with various technologies like CRMs, data analytics tools, and reporting dashboards. Responsibilities includes but not limited to-

Data Analysis and Reporting:

Analyzing sales, operations, and other business data to identify trends, performance metrics, and areas for optimization using different tools and internal dashboards.
  • Assisting the founder in developing and executing strategic plans, identifying opportunities, and analyzing market trends.

  • Lead high-impact initiatives that reshape how we operate, from implementing key business systems to modernizing our digital presence


  • Gathering, analyzing, and interpreting data to support decision-making, often involving research and report preparation.

  • Providing administrative and logistical support, including managing calendars, scheduling meetings, and coordinating travel
  • Build scalable processes that allow us to maintain quality and innovation while growing at pace.

Cross-functional Problem Solving:

  • Be the founder's proxy in solving our toughest operational challenges. Identifying bottlenecks, developing solutions, and driving execution across different departments.

Research and Analysis:

  • Conducting research on various topics related to the business, industry, or market.

Culture & Team Development:

Help shape how we operate, communicate, and excel as we continue to grow

Skills Required:

  • Analytical Skills: Strong ability to analyze data, identify trends, and draw conclusions.
  • Communication Skills: Excellent written and verbal communication skills for report writing, presentations, and interaction with stakeholders.
  • Problem-Solving Skills: Ability to identify and solve complex problems creatively and efficiently.
  • Organizational Skills: Ability to manage multiple tasks, prioritize effectively, and meet deadlines.
  • Technical Skills: Depending on the role, proficiency in data analysis tools

    (like Excel, SQL, Power BI, or Python)

    and other relevant software.
