Business Analyst SAP MM

As a member of our global team at CNH Industrial, you will play a vital role in supporting the Manufacturing & Supply Chain functions at our Plant in Pithampur. Your primary responsibilities will include analyzing business requirements, proposing process enhancements, managing day-to-day operations in SAP, and supporting the implementation of new projects aimed at improving Manufacturing & Supply Chain processes. Your essential experience should include a rich background in Master Data, Manufacturing, Planning, Procurement, Sales, and Warehouse Management within SAP ECC 6.0. You should have hands-on experience in SAP MM/PP modules, including configuration, design, testing, compliance, and implementation. It is crucial to have expertise in setting up, configuring, and supporting handling unit management processes, as well as experience in master data migration and system integration. In addition to your technical skills, strong communication and interpersonal abilities are essential. You should possess excellent presentation skills and be capable of establishing and managing relationships with clients. Your focus should be on driving the transformation from manual to automation processes to enhance accuracy and efficiency. A minimum of 5-8 years of relevant SAP functional experience is required, along with a strong capability in development, customization, and issue debugging. Familiarity with BAPI, BADI, RFC, Interfaces, and 3rd Party software integration is expected. Exposure to other modules like PP, QM, SD, and FI, as well as experience with ServiceNow, will be advantageous. To excel in this role, you should be a creative problem solver with an analytical mind, strong data collection, and analysis skills.
