Business Analyst

You are an experienced Business Analyst who plays a critical role in identifying, researching, analyzing, and documenting business requirements to meet client and market needs effectively. By closely collaborating with clients and internal departments, you gain a clear understanding of business problems and address them efficiently. Your responsibilities include project delivery to clients and internal organizations, encompassing requirement discussions, project scope understanding, defining functional specifications, liaising with development and testing teams, completing testing, creating user documentation, and blended learning plans. You ensure adherence to business and system development methodologies while continuously striving for improvement. Active involvement of clients and other departments in project phases and providing support, such as requirements definition and quality inspection of design documents, are integral to your role. **Key Responsibilities:** - Evaluating business processes, anticipating requirements, identifying areas for enhancement, and implementing solutions - Staying updated on the latest process and IT advancements to facilitate system automation and modernization - Conducting meetings and presentations to disseminate ideas and findings - Performing requirements analysis and documenting outcomes effectively - Communicating insights and plans proficiently to cross-functional team members and management - Gathering crucial information from stakeholder meetings and generating informative reports - Executing user acceptance testing and managing projects, including developing plans and monitoring performance - Updating, implementing, and maintaining procedures - Prioritizing initiatives based on business needs and requirements - Managing resources and priorities effectively to ensure timely project completion - Playing a vital role as an effective team player, managing team tasks, coordinating work, and aligning with end deliverables and client timelines **Qualification Required:** - A bachelor's degree in business or a related field, or an MBA - Minimum of 3 years of experience in business analysis or a related field - Exceptional analytical and conceptual thinking skills - Ability to influence stakeholders and collaborate closely with them to determine acceptable solutions - Excellent documentation skills, including creating BRDs, functional specification documents, and quality assurance - Knowledge and preferred experience in Agile/Scrum project methodologies - Proficiency in creating detailed reports and delivering presentations - Competency in quality assurance tools and project management tools is advantageous - Excellent planning, organizational, and time management skills - Track record of leading and supporting successful projects,
