Job Description

We are looking for an experienced

Business Analyst with QA Automation expertise

to join on a contract basis for 3 months at our Bangalore location. The ideal candidate should have strong business analysis skills combined with hands-on QA automation experience.

Responsibilities

Gather, analyze, and document business requirements and translate them into technical specifications.
Collaborate with stakeholders, developers, and QA teams to ensure clarity and completeness of requirements.
Design, develop, and execute automated test scripts to validate business requirements.
Perform functional, regression, and integration testing to ensure product quality.
Identify defects, track issues, and ensure timely resolution.
Act as a bridge between business stakeholders and technical teams.

Required Skills:

5+ years of experience as a
Business Analyst
with proven exposure to
QA Automation
.
Strong knowledge of SDLC, STLC, and Agile methodologies.
Hands-on experience with automation tools (e.g., Selenium, TestNG, JUnit, Cucumber, or equivalent).
Proficiency in writing test cases, test scripts, and executing automated tests.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
