Job Description

P rimary Skills:

3-15 Years of experience within the financial services industry (Banking, NBFC)
Strong knowledge on Balance sheet management including various Banking Book products (like

deposits, loans, repos etc.) and comprehensively understands the impact of changes in the

interest rates.

Experience of working in a Change management project for global banks/ financial institution.
End-to-end technology implementation project related to Finance/Accounting data.
Experience in writing BRDs/FRDs, process diagram and Requirement traceability matrix (RTM)
Exposure to SDLC / Agile
Ability to work independently with team across different geographies.

Secondary Skills:

Understanding of Technology stack that supports banking operations.
Understanding of data model and its architecture.
Understanding of banking operations
Experience in Test Case/Scenario creation for QA and UAT
Proficiency in Python, SQL; Tableau/MS SAC is a good to have skill
Strong team building, partnership, and collaboration skills
Excellent communication skills, written, verbal, and listening.

Education Qualifications: B.E., MBA (Preferred)

Certifications: Certified Business Analysis Professional (CBAP), PMI-PBA
