Role Overview: As an Associate at our company in Hyderabad, India, you will play a crucial role in assisting with various operations-related tasks. Key Responsibilities: - Assist in gathering and documenting business requirements, collaborating with team members to understand user needs and expectations. - Keep up to date with data entry and use tools to analyze data for meaningful decision-making. - Contribute to the preparation of clear and concise documentation, including business requirements, process flows, and use cases following ISO 13485 standards. - Participate in the analysis of existing business processes, identifying areas for optimization and efficiency gains, and collaborate with the team to map current and future-state processes. - Effectively communicate findings, insights, and recommendations to team members and stakeholders through team meetings and project updates. - Assist in project planning, testing, and management activities, contributing to the achievement of project goals and milestones, identifying risks and issues, and contributing to mitigation strategies. Qualification Required: - Bachelors in ECE, Biomedical Engineering & Biotechnology.
