The ideal candidate will have a strong background in procurement operations, vendor management, and service level reporting. This role is critical to supporting our supply chain operations and ensuring that suppliers meet performance expectations in line with service agreements.

Key Responsibilities:
.Procurement & Order Management:oManage the order-to-supplier process from requisition to delivery.oIssue purchase orders and ensure timely fulfillment from suppliers.oTrack order status and update internal teams on delivery timelines..Vendor Management:oEstablish and maintain relationships with key vendors.oNegotiate pricing, contracts, and terms of service with suppliers.oHandle vendor inquiries and resolve order discrepancies..Service Level & Backorder Reporting:oMonitor supplier performance and compliance with service-level agreements (SLAs).oCreate regular reports on backorders, delivery times, and service levels.oImplement corrective actions with suppliers for underperformance..Inventory & Stock Management Support:oCollaborate with inventory teams to ensure stock levels meet operational needs.oAssist in managing backorders and prioritizing urgent stock replenishments..Continuous Improvement:oIdentify opportunities for process improvements within procurement workflows.oSupport procurement cost-saving initiatives and supplier performance improvement.

Minimum Qualifications:
