Job Description

We are seeking a detail-oriented and collaborative Business Analyst with 2+ years of experience to join our team. This role is a critical link between our business development and project delivery teams. You will be responsible for analyzing client requirements during the presales phase, creating detailed technical documentation (SOWs, SRS), and collaborating on solution estimates. Post-sale, you will transition to creating wireframes, defining user stories, and ensuring the development team has a clear roadmap for successful product delivery.

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:-

Presales & Solutioning (Primary Focus)

Lead requirement discovery: Actively participate in pre sales calls and workshops with clients and stakeholders to gather and analyze business and technical requirements.
Analyze RFPs: Review and break down Request for Proposals (RFPs) to determine key project requirements, scope, and objectives.
Create technical documentation: Develop comprehensive pre sales documents, including Scope of Work (SOW) , System Requirement Specifications (SRS) , and functional specifications.
Visualize solutions: Design and create clear workflow diagrams, system architecture diagrams, and process maps to articulate the proposed solution to both technical and non-technical audiences.
