As a Business Analyst at our company, you will play a crucial role in engaging with clients directly to drive initial scope discussions and collaborate with the delivery and sales team on quotes and proposals. You will schedule and lead workshops with clients to understand, define, and document their business requirements, ensuring the provision of quality proposals that meet their needs. Your responsibilities will also include working with the Solution Architect and team members to confirm the solution design approach for projects. Additionally, you will prepare presentations for prospective clients to showcase our services and offerings, working closely with the sales teams in pursuing new business opportunities. Key Responsibilities: - Engage directly with clients to drive scope discussions and collaborate with the delivery and sales team on quotes and proposals - Schedule and lead workshops with clients to understand, define, and document their business requirements - Provide quality proposals that articulate customer needs and fulfill requirements - Collaborate with the Solution Architect and team members to confirm the solution design approach - Prepare presentations for prospective clients to showcase company services and offerings - Work closely with sales teams to pursue new business opportunities Qualifications Required: - 1+ years of experience as a business analyst or presales consultant - Experience with Commerce, Marketing, or CRM software implementation - Excellent written and verbal communication skills - Ability to set priorities and meet deadlines in a dynamic, autonomous environment - Ability to work in a highly dynamic team and fast-paced environment with continuous challenges Additional Company Details (if available): - Skills required: CRM, business requirements, user stories, FRD, business analysis, business analyst, pre-sales, BRD As a Business Analyst at our company, you will play a crucial role in engaging with clients directly to drive initial scope discussions and collaborate with the delivery and sales team on quotes and proposals.
