Role Summary

AleaIT solutions is looking for a Business Analyst – Post Sales to manage activities after deal closure, ensuring smooth client onboarding, clear requirement understanding, and seamless handover to delivery teams.

Key Responsibilities

• Act as the main client point of contact post deal closure.
• Gather, analyze, and document requirements (BRD, SOW, change requests).
• Support project kickoff and smooth transition to delivery teams.
• Coordinate with internal teams to clarify scope, timelines, and dependencies.
• Manage change requests, scope alignment, and client communication during delivery.
• Track deliverables and maintain project/client updates in CRM.

Requirements

• 1–3 years of experience in IT post-sales or Business Analyst roles.
• Minimum 1 year of hands-on post-sales experience.
• Strong documentation, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
• Basic understanding of SDLC and software delivery processes.
