Business Analyst Pega

As a Pega Decisioning Specialist, you will play a crucial role in partnering with business stakeholders to identify valuable use cases for Pega Decisioning, including NBA, adaptive models, and customer strategies. You will be responsible for translating business objectives into decisioning requirements, rules, and strategies within Pega CDH (Customer Decision Hub). Your impact assessments, ROI analysis, and definition of KPIs/metrics will be essential in measuring the business value delivered by decisioning solutions. Your responsibilities will include: - Collaborating with product owners, architects, and developers in an Agile/Scrum setup, participating in sprint planning, reviews, and retrospectives. - Writing user stories, acceptance criteria, and decisioning logic requirements to guide development. - Validating and testing decisioning strategies to ensure alignment with business goals and compliance requirements. - Monitoring the performance of deployed strategies and recommending optimizations for continuous improvement. - Acting as a bridge between business and technical teams, ensuring clarity and prioritization of decisioning-related requirements. - Providing thought leadership on Pega best practices, guardrails, and industry trends in decisioning.
