Job Summary: We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Business Analyst with 3-5 years of experience to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will bridge the gap between business needs and technology solutions, driving process improvements, and delivering effective, data-driven decisions for product and project success. Roles and Responsibilities: Collaborate with stakeholders to gather, analyze, and document business requirements. Translate business needs into detailed Functional Requirements Documents (FRDs), Business Requirement Documents (BRDs), user stories, and process flows. Work closely with product managers, developers, and QA teams to ensure clarity and completeness of requirements. Conduct gap analysis, impact analysis, and risk assessments. Create wireframes or prototypes to visualize system enhancements. Strong experience in requirement gathering, documentation, and stakeholder communication. Proficiency in JIRA , Confluence , MS Excel , and Visio / Lucidchart . Hands-on experience with Agile/Scrum methodologies. Basic understanding of SQL , APIs, and system integration concepts. Good to Have (Preferred): Exposure to tools like Figma , Postman , or Power BI .
