Job Summary:

Business Analyst

Roles and Responsibilities:

Collaborate with stakeholders to gather, analyze, and document business requirements.
Translate business needs into detailed Functional Requirements Documents (FRDs), Business Requirement Documents (BRDs), user stories, and process flows.
Work closely with product managers, developers, and QA teams to ensure clarity and completeness of requirements.
Conduct gap analysis, impact analysis, and risk assessments.
Create wireframes or prototypes to visualize system enhancements.

Strong experience in requirement gathering, documentation, and stakeholder communication.
Proficiency in
JIRA

Confluence
,
MS Excel
, and
Visio
/
Lucidchart
.
Hands-on experience with
Agile/Scrum
methodologies.
Basic understanding of
SQL
