Business Analyst

About the Role:

At Novastrid, Business Analysts are the process owners and the single point of contact (POC) with client Product Owners. You will play a pivotal role in bridging the gap between client stakeholders and our internal development and QA teams. As a BA, you will own the requirements, ensure smooth communication across technical and non-technical stakeholders, and drive the delivery process end-to-end.

Key Responsibilities:

• Act as the primary liaison between client Product Owners and internal teams (Development & QA).
• Gather, analyze, and document business requirements from client stakeholders and translate them into actionable user stories.
• Clearly communicate requirements to internal teams and ensure alignment throughout the sprint cycles.
• Own and lead Sprint ceremonies (Sprint Planning, Grooming, Daily Stand-ups, and Retrospectives).
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure timely and high-quality delivery.
• Proactively manage requirement changes, dependencies, and risks during the project lifecycle.
• Write clear, concise, and structured User Stories with acceptance criteria.
• Support the team with backlog grooming and ensure sprint readiness.
• Ensure that final deliverables meet client expectations and business objectives.

Required Skills & Competencies:

• 36 years of experience as a Business Analyst, preferably in product or IT services environments.
• Strong experience in Agile/Rapid Agile methodologies and working in sprint-based delivery models.
• Hands-on experience with Jira or similar project management tools.
• Proven ability to run sprint calls and effectively groom teams for sprints.
• Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to talk to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities with a detail-oriented mindset.
• Excellent documentation skills for writing User Stories, functional requirements, and business process flows.
• Ability to take ownership and work independently while collaborating effectively with teams.
