Business Analyst Summary/Objective As a Business Analyst at Nexaminds, you will oversee projects related to software product development within your assigned product team under the guidance of the Product Owner. Your primary responsibilities will involve examining the business requirements of clients, network partners, and stakeholders to identify business challenges, suggest solutions, and document them. You will be expected to adhere to established standards and compliance protocols consistently. Experience The ideal candidate should possess a minimum of 3-5 years of relevant experience coupled with a Bachelor's degree; or 3 years of experience with a Master's degree; or a PhD without prior experience; or equivalent work experience. Minimum Qualifications - Associates degree or equivalent business background. - Proficiency in technical aspects and skills. - Strong organizational and prioritization abilities in written and verbal communication. - Meticulous attention to detail when documenting project specifications and test cases. - Exceptional written and verbal communication skills. - Capability to work autonomously on assigned project tasks.
