Job Description

Job Summary:

Key Responsibilities:

Collaborate with stakeholders to
elicit, analyze, and document business requirements
for healthcare IT projects.
Prepare
BRD, FRD, Use Cases, User Stories, and Acceptance Criteria
aligned with healthcare workflows.
Work on
process mapping diagrams
(Flowcharts, Swimlane, Activity Diagrams) and
wireframes
using tools like Figma or Visio.
Ensure compliance with
healthcare regulations
(HIPAA, HL7, ICD standards) and accessibility guidelines (WCAG).
Support
data migration and ETL processes
, including data validation and cleansing for healthcare systems.
Coordinate with development and QA teams to ensure accurate implementation and testing.
Conduct
risk analysis
, impact assessments, and maintain project documentation throughout SDLC.
Facilitate
UAT sessions
and provide post-deployment support for healthcare applications.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

Bachelors degree in IT, Computer Science, or related field.
5+ years of experience
as an IT Business Analyst, preferably in healthcare projects.
Strong knowledge of
healthcare workflows
(HRMS, EMR/EHR, Insurance, Billing, Claims).
Proficiency in
requirements documentation
, process modeling, and wireframing tools (Figma, Visio).
Familiarity with
ETL processes
, SQL, and data analysis.
Understanding of
HIPAA compliance
, healthcare standards, and accessibility guidelines.
Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and problem-solving skills.
Experience with
Agile/Scrum methodologies
and tools like Jira or Azure DevOps.
